Irving Point was developed using the low-income housing tax credit program and is located two blocks from Mercy Hospital. The program contains 51 one-bedroom apartments and 4 two-bedroom apartments.
Working in partnership with Mercy Home Health Care and Horizons, the staff of Irving Point focuses on meeting the needs of low-income frail seniors requiring assisted living services.
