HOME - ARP Program

The American Rescue Plan (ARP) allocated $5 billion to be administered through HUD’s HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) to reduce homelessness and increase housing stability by providing housing, rental assistance, supportive services and non-congregate shelter for individuals or households who are homeless, at risk of homelessness and other vulnerable populations.

Iowa Mortgage Help

Iowa Mortgage Help offers Iowa homeowners at risk of foreclosure free, confidential mortgage counseling. This may be another resource that can help Iowans work with their lenders until financial assistance is available through the Iowa Homeowner Assistance Fund.
