The Iowa Finance Authority is requesting applications for the Iowa Statewide Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) program for the supplemental funding made available through the federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. Approximately $9 million in ESG-CV funds is available.
