The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) is offering another webinar Thurs. July 21 at 2:30 p.m. for those lenders who were not able to make the Military Homeownership Assistance Program webinars held previously.
All MHOA partners (including but not limited to Loan Officers, Processors, Closers, Post-Closers and Managers) are required to attend a brief training before they will be able to offer the program to homebuyers. After registering you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
Please note: The MHOA program will not be accessible in Lender Online until you have attended the training.
