The Iowa Home Repair Pilot Program application is open for a limited period and will close for new applications on March 29, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. CST. It's important to note that the submission of an application does not ensure approval of financial assistance.
Additionally, assistance may not be accessible in all regions. Payments will be made directly to program partners on behalf of eligible homeowners. Program funds will not be disbursed to homeowners.

If you received prior assistance through the Iowa Homeowner Assistance Fund and are in need of home repair assistance, please call the support team at 888-668-0927 to ask that your original application be copied rather than submitting a full new application. This process will support a streamlined submission and prompt review of your application.
