Through the Rapid Certificate Program, Iowa Title Guaranty (ITG) field issuers may promptly issue certificates post-closing, despite unreleased prior mortgages and liens.
An ITG Field Issuer may issue an Iowa Title Guaranty certificate guaranteeing against actual loss or damage sustained due to the enforcement of a prior mortgage paid at or prior to the current transaction that has not yet been released of record.
$1,000,000 unless prior written approval is obtained from the Iowa Title Guaranty Director.
$20,000,000 if the mortgage is paid off by ITG Commercial.
An ITG Field Issuer may issue an Iowa Title Guaranty certificate guaranteeing over a lien that has not yet been released of record.
$500,000 unless prior written approval is obtained from the Iowa Title Guaranty Director.
