Iowa Administrative Rules Review
Pursuant to Executive Order 10, IFA is required to review all its administrative rules by September 1, 2024. Following publication of reports of the review, IFA will rescind each chapter and repromulgate rules that are necessary to keep no later than December 31, 2024.
Rule reports will be published on this page. Regulatory analyses and notices of intended action required by the order will be published in the Iowa Administrative Bulletin as they are completed.
Ch. 17 – Procedure for RulemakingA public hearing was held on the published regulatory analysis for chapter 17 on March 19, 2024. No public comments were received during the hearings nor in writing. A public hearing was held on the published regulatory analysis for chapters 1, 11, and 18 on April 9, 2024. No public comments were received during the hearings nor in writing.
