Winkleblack is a real estate broker specializing in commercial and multi-family sales and development projects.
Mr. Winkleblack grew up in Northwest Iowa and graduated from Emmetsburg High School.
He and his wife Deb moved to Ames, Iowa in 1985 where he would work at the Oaks Golf Course as a green’s keeper and a maintenance technician at Mary Greeley Medical Center.
In 1992 Chuck started his own property management and construction company, Winkleblack Enterprises, which focused on building and managing apartments in Ames.
In 1999 Chuck joined the Hunziker & Associates, Realtors as a real estate broker specializing in commercial and multi-family sales and development projects.
During his time with the Hunziker organization Chuck has been involved in the operation and management of Hunziker & Associates, Realtors, HCS Builders Inc., as well as the land development arm of the organization.
Chuck currently serves the Hunziker Companies as the organization’s General Manager.
