Gretchen McLain is an Agricultural Lender at Libertyville Savings Bank in Fairfield.
In her current role, Ms. McLain is accountable for interpreting, analyzing Agri business and personal finances, determining profitability and ability for repayment. She manages an extraordinary standard of customer relationship with a high level of trust and diplomacy. She has worked in this capacity for the past five years.
Prior to Ag Banking Ms. McLain worked as County Executive Director for the Farm Service Agency in Jefferson County. She was responsible for overseeing and executing the policies of the County Committee, through the delivery of effective, efficient agricultural programs.
